It is a requirement of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) that students in their final year of Junior School take part in an Exhibition Unit of Inquiry.
The Exhibition gives the
students the opportunity to plan what they wish to study, how
they wish to work and how they wish to demonstrate their understanding.
The final presentation to parents will take place between 4-6pm on Wednesday 30th June in the Museum Theatre.

Year 6 Exhibition leaflet

Each year Time Magazine chooses an influential or important
person that they name as “Person of the Year”. In Year 6 we have each selected a person that we think will be very important in our lives in 2010. Here are some of our selections.

British soldiers are heroes says Natasha

The British Soldiers are helping the country and I think we should give more support because they are saving our lives.

They don’t have a lot of weapons and
machinery so I think they should go on the “Person of Year 2010”

Fabio Capello is the most inspirational person to me for 2010 because he has given the England Football Team the chance to play in the World Cup with his great managerial skills.

Another reason his is important to me because if he helps England win the World Cup I will be happy, but if he does not live up to his expectations I will be sad.

Fabio Capello is my hero says Chase
My mum and dad are my heroes says Kailei
My mum and dad are the people of the year because they look after me, they love me and l love them and they are important to me. My mum and dad give me food and shelter and a bed to sleep in and clothes to wear and at school they pay for me to have the same things. I think that 2010 is going to be a good year because we are moving to Wales and it snows a lot there so at Christmas my mum and dad can play in the snow with me and Shahna!!!

My person of the year 2010 is my brother Michael. Mr brother is coming home this year. He went to Cambodia for a court case to put people in jail and he had to have bodyguards. He helped his university beat another university for the first time in a long time and he was in a newspaper in Hong Kong. He also went to Kings College London. He got a first class Honours degree. He also went to Berkley California University. He went to Lincoln to become a barrister and the University of Oxford. He won Lincoln’s Inn Buchanan prize for being graded outstanding on a bar course.
