The Sumner Library is proudly situated in the middle of The Square. Formerly the School’s original chapel, the Sumner Library, now houses a collection of over 5,627 reference and fiction books, audio cassettes, video cassettes and DVD’s and provides an intellectually stimulating but quiet atmosphere for pupils to study and complete their prep work. Study carrels, lounge chairs, tables for two to four and group study provide seating for 40.
In addition, there is a large Careers library seating 16 which includes a computer suite and holds information from all of the top universities in the UK and abroad as well specific careers information. The Careers Library is managed by our Head of Careers, Mrs Gill Parsons.
