Over the last five years Rossall has made a substantial investment into the refurbishment and improvement of the facilities on campus. Refurbishment work continues on the boarding houses as part of a rolling programme. The following major building and refurbishment projects have been completed:

- Eight music practice rooms
- Astronomy and Space Science Centre including a housed Starlab Planetarium and Victorian observatory
- State-of-the-art IT suite
- 19th Century chapel
