6P What are we working on?

Shakespeare for Kidz Workshop:
Romeo and Juliet

Year 6 joined 5C for the workshop and we all had a really educational and totally fun day!

"Today a workshop came to perform Romeo and Juliet with us. It was very good, they made us all be the characters which was sometimes really funny"

"The charm of the play was that we actually got to play the different characters. In the past few weeks, Yr 5 have been learning about William Shakespeare. Therefore we understood everything and could enjoy it more."

"Emma and I were Lord and Lady Capulet, James and Harry were Lord and Lady Montague, We had a lot of fun re-enacting 'Romeo and Juliet'. We also did a bit of slow motion fighting. The people that lead it did it to the exact detail. The play was exactly how we read about it in our English books.&quoot;
